Connection ATMOS F31 and F32 Laddomat AKU

Professional stainless steel connection of accumulation tanks with a boiler circuit using a pipe with a diameter of 35 × 1.5 mm designed to maintain the minimum temperature of the return water to the boiler and quickly connect the accumulation tanks (accumulation tank) in series. The connection contains all the necessary components required by the manufacturer – a 2.5 bar safety valve, a vent valve, a pressure gauge, Laddomat 22 and a filter with a magnet.

Connection of accumulation tanks and boilers up to 40 kW

As standard, 1 – 3 accumulation tanks can be connected using Connection F31 / F32, if it is necessary to connect more tanks, the 1SRA extension set can be used – for the given type of tank.

The connection allows the use of ATMOS/ESBE pump groups, which can be expanded to two or three heating circuits for a larger heating system by purchasing a special distributor and the necessary pump group.

Basic connection consists of:
35 × 1.5 mm stainless steel main pipe, Laddomat X22 with ball valves in the boiler circuit, ESBE GRA211 pump group without actuator for the system circuit, KSG safety set (2.5 bar – 1″ vent and safety valve, pressure gauge), 6/4″ ball valves, filter with magnet, special brass nipples and half screw coupling with a flat seal for connection of the accumulation tank, Ø 35 × 144 mm and Ø 22 × 144 mm extension tubes.

The connection with F32 (left design) can be used for DC40GS boilers only with restrictions! The connecting pipe collides with the straight connection to the chimney (straight flue gas duct).The connection with F32 can therefore only be used if we use a flue gas duct with an elbow pointing upwards, so that we can bypass the flue gas duct with the outlet pipe from the boiler.

AN600 type DZ accumulation tank cannot be used for DC40GS, DC40GD, C25ST, C32ST, C40S, D15PX, D20PX, D25PX boilers to the top outlets from the accumulation tank situated in low position. type DZ accumulation tank with connection to F32 can be used with DC32S, DC40SX, DC15GS, DC20GS, DC25GS, DC32GS, DC18GD, DC25GD, DC30GD, D10PX boilers in the case of using a flue gas duct with an elbow pointing upwards so that the outlet pipe from the boiler can bypass the flue gas duct.
