Systems for heating with pellets

  Pellet burners
  ATMOS A25/45/85 pellet burners are designed to burn good quality wooden pellets with a diameter of 6 - 8 mm and length of 5 - 25 mm. The advantage of this burner is automatic ignition of the pellets by ignition spiral which ensure comfortable operation and minimum attendance needed. The burner is controlled via electronic regulation which can adjust the operation depending on actual situation of the entire system. The burners can be furnished with extra pneumatic cleaning which makes heating more comfortable and the operation less demanding, even with lower quality wooden pellets.

  Pellet conveyors
  Screw conveyors for pellets are designed for ATMOS pellet burners. ATMOS A25 pellet burner requires an external shaftless conveyor DA long from 1.5 m to 4 m. ATMOS A45 and ATMOS A85 pellet burners require external shaftless conveyors DRA long from 1.7 m to 5 m.
  
  The conveyors have their own motor with a gearbox. Each conveyor is delivered with a support leg.

  ATMOS pellet tanks are intended for storage of pellets for automatic pellet boilers. Their positioning within the boiler room is very flexible. They are made in three basic sizes: 250 l, 500 l, and 1000 l.

- Automated ash removal
  Automated ash removal
  As an accessory for every DxxP pellet boiler you can buy automated ash removal from the boiler. The automated ash removal does not require any special attendance and it increases the convenience of using pellets for heating.
  
  Ash is removed fully automatically from the space under the burner in the boiler by means of a screw conveyor which empties the ash regularly into an external ash container.

  Pneumatic cleaning of the pellet burner
  This is a device intended for cleaning of the burner combustion chamber when burning low-quality wood pellets, which create cakes. This means burning wood pellets with a higher content of bark and dirt. The device itself is not a solution for nor is it intended for burning of plant pellets or grain.

  Large textile silos are designed for convenient storage of pellets for the heating season. Silos can be placed directly into the boiler room or in adjoining space. Another option is to place them in a closed outdoor shelter which will protect them from sunlight and other weather conditions (e.g. rain, wind).

  The aim of pneumatic pellet feeding is to continuously supply pellets from an external, central pellet tank into a tank inside the boiler room.

  Equitherm control element for all ATMOS boilers burning solid fuels, which is able to control heating in two heating circuits, domestic hot water heating, solar heating by solar collectors, optimum charging and discharging of accumulation tanks, automatic switching between operation of two separate boilers, (e.g. wood boiler and natural gas boiler) and complete operation of a boiler according to the demands of the heating system including its exhaust fan.

  GSM controller ATMOS AB01
  Special multifunctional unit by ATMOS company, which serves to control various elements of a house via a mobile phone. It has a number of predefined functions that simplify and facilitate its installation and operation.
  
  This device does not replace the equitherm controller ATMOS ACD 01 or functions of pellet burners ATMOS A25 and A45, but it expands their functions and offers a possibility to control the system via a mobile phone.
  
  The main application of the GSM module ATMOS AB01 is for automatic boilers burning pellets, natural gas or heating oil.
