The International Engineering Fair is the most important industrial fair in Central Europe.
Its history at the Brno Exhibition Centre began on September 6, 1959. MSV annually attracts a large number of visitors, with nearly eighty percent influencing investment decisions in their companies and one-third belonging to top management.
All key sectors of the mechanical and electrical engineering industries are represented. The core field is traditionally machining and forming.
The main theme of MSV is Industry 4.0 and the Digital Factory – namely the digitalization of production, one of the main directions of the innovation process. Other highlighted topics include the circular economy and the management of material resources. This trend represents one of the priority areas of sustainable development, and the adaptation of industry and trade will head in this very direction.
The fair includes a top-tier accompanying program consisting of specialized conferences, seminars, and workshops on current technical, commercial, and economic topics.
