As an accessory to each DxxP pellet boiler, which was manufactured after March 1, 2007, it is possible to purchase automatic ash removal from the boiler body to an additional external ashtray. This automatic ash removal device does not require any special operation and increases the comfort of heating with pellets.

Ash removal takes place completely automatically by means of a worm conveyor with a gearbox, which removes ash from the chamber under the burner at regular intervals after 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours, depending on the settings for the specific fuel. If necessary, the automatic ash removal can also be switched on manually by simply switching off and on the switch on the boiler. We choose the size of the ashtray after careful consideration based on the ash content of the fuel.

When the additional ashtray is completely filled, the ash removal device (auger) is automatically shut down and the ash removal module starts to emit an audible signal. We will perform a new commissioning after cleaning the external ashtray (take it out) by simply switching off and on the switch on the boiler for 5 to 10 seconds.
