Arz\u0103torul pe pele\u021bi este \u00eencorporat \u00een partea frontal\u0103 a cazanului \u00een u\u0219a camerei de ardere inferioare. Aceast\u0103 camer\u0103 este c\u0103ptu\u0219it\u0103 cu piese fasonate de ceramic\u0103 pentru asigurarea arderii ideale a fl\u0103c\u0103rii cu o eficien\u021b\u0103 \u00eenalt\u0103 \u0219i serve\u0219te \u0219i drept spa\u021biu pentru cenu\u0219\u0103. \u00cen partea dorsal\u0103 a cazanului este amplasat\u00a0<strong>schimb\u0103torul tubular\u00a0<\/strong>echipat cu \u0219icane segmentate av\u00e2nd func\u021bia de cur\u0103\u021bare brut\u0103 (de exploatare) f\u0103r\u0103 necesitatea de scoatere afar\u0103 a acestora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Corpul cazanelor este fabricat \u00een form\u0103 de construc\u021bie sudat\u0103 din tabl\u0103 de o\u021bel av\u00e2nd grosimea de 3 &#8211; 5 mm. Din exterior este izolat cu p\u00e2sl\u0103 mineral\u0103 \u0219i izola\u021bie de Sibral introdus\u0103 sub capacele de tabl\u0103 ale mantalei externe a cazanului.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00cen partea superioar\u0103 este amplasat rezervorul de combustibil din care pele\u021bii sunt transporta\u021bi \u00een arz\u0103tor cu ajutorul unui conveier melcat. minim\u0103 a apei de retur \u00een cazan de 65 \u00b0C.<\/strong>\u00a0Cu c\u00e2t mai mare va fi temperatura apei de retur \u00een cazan, cu at\u00e2t mai pu\u021bin se vor condensa gudroanele \u0219i acizii care deterioreaz\u0103 corpul cazanului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Temperatura apei de ie\u0219ire din cazan trebuie s\u0103 fie continuu \u00een limita 80 &#8211; 90 \u00b0C.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O alt\u0103 variant\u0103 este racordarea cazanului cu supapa de amestecare cu trei c\u0103i \u0219i serve ac\u021bionarea comandat\u0103 din reglajul (de exemplu ATMOS ACD 03, ACD 04) pentru men\u021binerea temperaturii apei de retur \u00een cazan (65 &#8211; 75 \u00b0C).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Recomand\u0103m ca, cazanele\u00a0<strong>D10PX, D15PX, D20PX \u0219i D25PX<\/strong>\u00a0s\u0103 fie \u00eentotdeauna\u00a0<strong>racordate la rezervorul de compensare<\/strong>\u00a0av\u00e2nd capacitatea de la 500 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 1000 l. \u00cen cazul racord\u0103rii cazanului la rezervorul de compensare (acumulare), cazanul este comandat cel mai bine potrivit a\u00a0<strong>doi senzori, TS \u0219i TV<\/strong>, amplasa\u021bi pe rezervor.
