{"id":15226,"date":"2020-12-29T16:33:34","date_gmt":"2020-12-29T15:33:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.atmos.eu\/produkt\/zplynovaci-kotle-s-upravou-pro-horak-na-pelety\/"},"modified":"2025-10-21T13:00:28","modified_gmt":"2025-10-21T11:00:28","slug":"calderas-de-gasificacion-con-adaptacion-de-quemador-de-pellets","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.atmos.eu\/es\/produkt\/calderas-de-gasificacion-con-adaptacion-de-quemador-de-pellets\/","title":{"rendered":"Calderas de gasificaci\u00f3n con adaptaci\u00f3n de quemador de pellets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Las calderas de gasificaci\u00f3n <strong>ATMOS con adaptaci\u00f3n de quemador<\/strong>\u00a0son una soluci\u00f3n moderna, en la que se incorpora en la puerta superior de una caldera de gasificaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atmos.eu\/prislusenstvi\/horaky-na-pelety\/\"><strong>el quemador de pellets ATMOS A25\/A45<\/strong>.<\/a><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De esta manera creamos <strong>una caldera de pellets<\/strong> personalizada <strong>con encendido autom\u00e1tico del combustible<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ventajas de incorporar un quemador a una caldera est\u00e1ndar<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Soluci\u00f3n sencilla y asequible<\/li>\n<li>Posibilidad de calentar c\u00f3modamente con pellets sin carga manual &#8211; funcionamiento autom\u00e1tico con encendido autom\u00e1tico de pellets seg\u00fan la temperatura requerida (como con una caldera de gas).<\/li>\n<li>Dimensiones reducidas y varias longitudes de transportadores seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o y las posibilidades de la sala de calderas.<\/li>\n<li>Varios tama\u00f1os de dep\u00f3sitos de pellets &#8211; 240, 250, 300, 400, 500, 1000 l \/ dep\u00f3sito textil, parte de la sala de calderas como dep\u00f3sito = reabastecimiento de combustible una vez cada 7 y 14 d\u00edas \/ una vez al a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Alta eficiencia del 90 al 92 % seg\u00fan el tipo \u2013 bajo consumo de combustible y ahorro en costes de calefacci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Combusti\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica \u2013 caldera seg\u00fan \u010cSN EN 303-5 clase 5, que cumple con la directiva europea de ECODISE\u00d1O 2015\/1189.<\/li>\n<li>Ventilador de extracci\u00f3n \u2013 para peores condiciones de tiro &#8211; retirada de cenizas sin polvo una vez cada 7 a 30 d\u00edas.<\/li>\n<li>Serpent\u00edn de enfriamiento contra sobrecalentamiento = sin riesgo de da\u00f1o a la caldera.<\/li>\n<li>Apagado autom\u00e1tico de la caldera despu\u00e9s de que el combustible se haya quemado.<\/li>\n<li>Limpieza neum\u00e1tica del quemador &#8211; posibilidad de complementar la caldera con limpieza autom\u00e1tica del quemador, lo que permite quemar pellets de menor calidad &#8211; accesorio opcional.<\/li>\n<li>Transporte neum\u00e1tico de pellets &#8211; el dep\u00f3sito de pellets se puede complementar con transporte neum\u00e1tico de pellets desde un dep\u00f3sito grande externo para toda la temporada &#8211; accesorio opcional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Las calderas con adaptaci\u00f3n vienen equipadas<\/strong> de f\u00e1brica con todos los accesorios necesarios para un f\u00e1cil control de la caldera (quemador) seg\u00fan las necesidades del cliente y dos temperaturas (sensores) en el dep\u00f3sito de compensaci\u00f3n TV y TS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(A partir del n\u00famero de fabricaci\u00f3n de la caldera 327 700 las calderas vienen equipadas con:\u00a0<strong>2x m\u00f3dulo AD03<\/strong>, interruptor de conmutaci\u00f3n,\u00a0<strong>sensor de temperatura de la caldera TK<\/strong>\u00a0(KTF 20),<strong>\u00a0sensores TV y TS<\/strong>\u00a0(2x KTF20 &#8211; 5 m),\u00a0<strong>term\u00f3stato de la bomba 70 \u00b0C<\/strong>, salida para la bomba en el circuito de la caldera.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El quemador de pellets ATMOS A25 se puede utilizar para todas las calderas de gasificaci\u00f3n de hasta 40 kW (excepto DC50S &#8211; Los accesorios cer\u00e1micos favorecen la combusti\u00f3n ideal de todos los combustibles con un alto rendimiento para una combusti\u00f3n respetuosa con el medio ambiente y sirven tambi\u00e9n como
