El quemador de pellets est\u00e1 incorporado en la parte delantera de la caldera, en la puerta de la c\u00e1mara de combusti\u00f3n inferior. Esta c\u00e1mara est\u00e1 revestida con accesorios cer\u00e1micos para una combusti\u00f3n ideal de la llama con un alto rendimiento y sirve tambi\u00e9n como espacio para las cenizas. En la parte trasera de la caldera hay un <strong>intercambiador de calor de tubo<\/strong> provisto de frenos segmentados con funci\u00f3n de limpieza ordinaria (de servicio) sin necesidad de desmontarlos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El cuerpo de las calderas est\u00e1 hecho como una soldadura de chapas de acero con un espesor de 3 &#8211; 5 mm. Exteriormente, est\u00e1 aislado t\u00e9rmicamente con fieltro mineral y aislamiento sibral insertado bajo las cubiertas de chapa del envolvente exterior de las calderas. En la parte superior hay una tolva de combustible, desde la que los pellets se transportan al quemador mediante un transportador de tornillo. La alimentaci\u00f3n de combustible se controla de forma totalmente autom\u00e1tica. En la parte delantera de las calderas hay un panel con un interruptor principal, un interruptor del quemador de pellets (L2) para la limpieza, un term\u00f3stato de funcionamiento (control de la caldera), un term\u00f3stato de seguridad, un term\u00f3metro y un fusible de 6,3 A. Las calderas DxxPX vienen equipadas con un <strong>extractor<\/strong> <strong>(excepto la D10PX)<\/strong>. La caldera no est\u00e1 equipada con un bucle de refrigeraci\u00f3n contra sobrecalentamiento, ya que la peque\u00f1a cantidad de combustible del quemador hace que no haya riesgo de sobrecalentamiento de la caldera en caso de corte de corriente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ventajas del nuevo dise\u00f1o de las calderas compactas especiales ATMOS<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Dimensiones reducidas &#8211; dise\u00f1o compacto para salas de calderas peque\u00f1as &#8211; ancho de la caldera solo 594 mm &#8211; D10PX, solo 674 mm &#8211; D15PX, D20PX, D25PX.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Todo en uno \u2013 caldera, transportador de tornillo y quemador especial, y dep\u00f3sito de pellets para 1 a 3 d\u00edas en un espacio peque\u00f1o.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Gran confort de calefacci\u00f3n &#8211; funcionamiento autom\u00e1tico con encendido autom\u00e1tico de pellets seg\u00fan la temperatura requerida (como con una caldera de gas).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Manejo simple &#8211; posibilidad de elegir la regulaci\u00f3n de la caldera &#8211; electromec\u00e1nica simple \/ equit\u00e9rmico simple con pantalla t\u00e1ctil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Control remoto &#8211; posibilidad de encender la caldera con un termostato de ambiente simple o control a trav\u00e9s de tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil u ordenador al utilizar la regulaci\u00f3n de equit\u00e9rmica ATMOS ACD 03 y la puerta de enlace WIFI WG1000.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Alta eficiencia del 91 al 93 % seg\u00fan el tipo \u2013 bajo consumo de combustible. style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Limpieza neum\u00e1tica del quemador &#8211; posibilidad de complementar la caldera con limpieza autom\u00e1tica del quemador, lo que permite quemar pellets de menor calidad &#8211; accesorio opcional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Transporte neum\u00e1tico de pellets &#8211; la caldera se puede complementar con transporte neum\u00e1tico de pellets desde un dep\u00f3sito grande externo para toda la temporada &#8211; accesorio opcional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La soluci\u00f3n obligatoria es la conexi\u00f3n de la caldera con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atmos.eu\/prislusenstvi\/prislusenstvi-1\/\"><strong>Laddomat 22<\/strong><\/a> o una v\u00e1lvula termorreguladora que permite crear un circuito separado de caldera y calefacci\u00f3n (primario y secundario) para asegurar <strong>la temperatura m\u00ednima del agua de retorno a la caldera de 65 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Cuanto mayor sea la temperatura del agua de retorno a la caldera, menos se condensar\u00e1n los alquitranes y \u00e1cidos que da\u00f1an el cuerpo de la caldera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>La temperatura del agua de salida de la caldera debe estar constantemente entre 80 y 90 \u00b0C.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Otra opci\u00f3n es conectar la caldera con una v\u00e1lvula mezcladora de tres v\u00edas y un servoaccionamiento controlado desde la regulaci\u00f3n (por ejemplo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atmos.eu\/prislusenstvi\/ekvitermni-regulace-acd03-04\/\">ACD 03, ACD 04<\/a>) para mantener una temperatura m\u00ednima del agua de retorno a la caldera (65 &#8211; 75 \u00b0C).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Las calderas <strong>D10PX, D15PX, D20PX <\/strong>y <strong>D25PX <\/strong>\u00a0las recomendamos <strong>conectar siempre con el dep\u00f3sito de compensaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de 500 a 1000 l. Al conectar la caldera con un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atmos.eu\/prislusenstvi\/akumulacni-nadrze\/\">dep\u00f3sito de compensaci\u00f3n<\/a>, ella <strong>se controla mejor mediante dos sensores TS y TV<\/strong> situados en el dep\u00f3sito. \u00a0Para controlar el quemador mediante las dos temperaturas del dep\u00f3sito de inercia (acumulador), \u00e9ste debe estar equipado con dos sondas KTF 20 La regulaci\u00f3n asegura la temperatura necesaria de salida del agua de la caldera (80 &#8211; 90 \u00b0C). Las calderas est\u00e1n equipadas con un conector para conectar la bomba en el circuito de la caldera y funciones para su control directamente desde el control del <strong>quemador ATMOS A25<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Las calderas <strong>DxxPX <\/strong>est\u00e1n equipadas de f\u00e1brica con <strong>sensores de temperatura de la caldera TK y de temperatura de los gases de combusti\u00f3n TSV<\/strong>. El sensor TK insertado en el sumidero de la caldera, el sensor de gases de combusti\u00f3n TSV integrado en el conducto de humos de la caldera, todos conectados directamente al conector del quemador.\u00a0 El quemador de pellets ATMOS A25 controla directamente el ventilador de extracci\u00f3n de la caldera (con la reserva R) y la bomba del circuito de la caldera (con la reserva R2). sans-serif;\">Los quemadores est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados \u00fanicamente para pellets blancos de alta calidad de madera blanda sin corteza con un di\u00e1metro de 6 &#8211; 8 mm, una longitud de 10 &#8211; 25 mm y un poder calor\u00edfico de 16 &#8211; 19 MJ.kg<sup>-1<\/sup>. La caldera no est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para pellets que se queman en la c\u00e1mara de combusti\u00f3n del quemador.\u00a0 En este caso, la c\u00e1mara de combusti\u00f3n del quemador debe limpiarse una vez al d\u00eda o el quemador de pellets ATMOS A25 puede equiparse con una <strong>limpieza neum\u00e1tica<\/strong> de la c\u00e1mara de combusti\u00f3n. Esta limpieza es especialmente apreciada por aquellos que queman pellets de menor calidad que producen ciertos aglomerados sinterizados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Extracci\u00f3n c\u00f3moda de la ceniza<\/strong> &#8211; limpieza f\u00e1cil s\u00f3lo por delante. La ceniza puede retirarse de toda la c\u00e1mara de combusti\u00f3n utilizando un cenicero de media ca\u00f1a (accesorio de la caldera). Introduzca el cenicero en la caldera hasta el fondo, apri\u00e9telo contra la pared posterior, cargue la ceniza al cenicero y s\u00e1quelo. \u00a1No deje nunca el cenicero dentro de la caldera!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Las calderas DxxPX est\u00e1n equipadas con la funci\u00f3n de <strong>limpieza operativa del intercambiador de tubos. <\/strong>Para la limpieza operativa del intercambiador de tubos y de los frenos, utilice la manivela sobre la tapa de limpieza situada en la parte trasera de la caldera y oculta bajo la cubierta.
