Pellet screw conveyors are designed for ATMOS pellet burners<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

DA shaftless conveyors in lengths from 1.5 m to 4 m are designed for the A25 burner.<\/span><\/p>\n

DRA shaft conveyors in lengths from 1.7 m to 5 m are designed for A45 and A85 burners.<\/span><\/p>\n

The conveyors are equipped with a geared motor.<\/span><\/p>\n

A support leg is supplied with each conveyor. Adjust its length so that the angle of the conveyor is a maximum of 45 \u00b0 and the hose is taut.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conveyors for ATMOS A25 burner<\/H2><\/span><\/h2>\n

DA1500, DA2000, DA2500, DA3000, DA4000<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

DA1500 screw conveyor with a length of 1.5 m and a diameter of 75 mm (25 W gearbox)<\/strong> Code: H0151<\/span>
\nThis conveyor is designed only for boilers in which the burner is built into the side of the boiler – D14P, D21P, D25P, 15P, D20P and combi boiler DCxxSP.<\/span><\/p>\n

DA2000 screw conveyor with a length of 2 m and a diameter of 75 mm (25 W gearbox)<\/strong> Code: H0207<\/span>
\nThis conveyor is primarily designed for gasification boilers with a built-in burner in the upper feed door – DCxxS (X), DCxxRS, CxxS, ACxxS. However, it can also be used for standard pellet boilers type DxxP.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThese conveyors are designed for all ATMOS pellet boilers, where the fuel tank is at a greater distance from the boiler.<\/span><\/p>\n

The length of the conveyor must be chosen so that the hose between the burner and the conveyor is taut and has a minimum length of 20 cm (optimally 30 – 60 cm) for safety reasons. The maximum length of the hose should not exceed 1 m.<\/span><\/p>\n

– with conveyor leg<\/strong> – a support leg is supplied with each conveyor. Adjust its length so that the angle of the conveyor is a maximum of 45 \u00b0 and the hose is taut.<\/span><\/p>\n

– suspension from the ceiling<\/strong> – in confined spaces, we recommend replacing the leg with a chain (part of the delivery of the conveyor), on which we hang the conveyor from the ceiling. Adjust its length so that the angle of the conveyor is a maximum of 45 \u00b0 and the hose is taut.<\/span><\/p>\n

ATTENTION<\/strong>: The conveyor is supplied separately, but is an integral part of the A25 pellet burner system<\/span><\/p>\n

Conveyors for compact storage tanks<\/H2><\/span><\/h2>\n

It is a set of pellet tank with a volume of 240 l \/ 300 l \/ 400 l with the DRA25 conveyor<\/strong>, which is designed for small and cramped boiler rooms. Allows the tank to be placed in close proximity to the boiler so that the assembly takes up little space.<\/span><\/p>\n

156 kg of pellets, ie approx. 700 kWh, are stored in a tank with a useful volume of 240 l. (10 bags \/ 15 kg)<\/span>
\n195 kg of pellets, ie approx. 880 kWh, are stored in a tank with a useful volume of 300 l. (13 bags \/ 15 kg)<\/span>
\n260 kg of pellets, ie approx. 1,170 kWh, are stored in a tank with a useful volume of 400 l. (17 bags \/ 15 kg)<\/span><\/p>\n
