Diese Kammer mit keramischen Formsteinen f\u00fcr optimalen Brenschluss mit hohem Wirkungsgrand ausgekleidet ist und\u00a0 dient gleichzeitig als Raum f\u00fcr Asche. Im hinteren Kesselbereich ist ein <strong>Rohraustauscher <\/strong>mit Segmentbremselementen eingebaut, die zur groben (betrieblichen) Reinigung ohne Ausbau dienen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Das Kesselgeh\u00e4use ist als Schwei\u00dfst\u00fcck aus Stahlblechen mit St\u00e4rke von 3 &#8211; 5 mm hergestellt. Das Kesselgeh\u00e4use ist von au\u00dfen mit Mineralfilz w\u00e4rmeged\u00e4mmt, der unten Blechabdeckung des Kesselau\u00dfenmantels eingelegt ist.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In dem oberen Bereich befindet sich ein Vorratsbeh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr Brennstoff, aus dem Pellets zum Brenner mit Hilfe eines Schneckenf\u00f6rderers gelangen. Die Brennstoffdosierung erfolgt vollst\u00e4ndig automatisch. Im vordere Teil der Kessel ist Bedienungspaneel mit dem Hauptschalter, Schalter des Pelletbrenners (L2) im Fall von Reinigungs, dem Betriebsthermostaten (Regelthermostat), Sicherheitsthermostaten, Thermometer und der Sicherung 6,3 A angebracht.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Der Kessel PXxx sind durch\u00a0<strong>Saugzugventilator <\/strong>ausger\u00fcstet (au\u00dfer PX10).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Der Kessel ist mit K\u00fchlschleife gegen \u00dcberheizen nicht ausger\u00fcstet, weil dank geringer Brennstoffmenge im Brenner das \u00dcberheizen des Kessels bei Stromausfall nicht droht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Vorteile des Spezielle Kompakte Kessels ATMOS mit neue Konstruktion<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Kleine Abmessungen &#8211; kompakte Bauweise f\u00fcr kleine Kesselr\u00e4ume &#8211; Kesselbreite nur 594 mm &#8211; D10PX, nur 674 mm &#8211; D15PX, D20PX, D25PX.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Alles in einem \u2013 Kessel, Schneckenf\u00f6rderer und Spezialbrenner sowie Pelletbeh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr 1 bis 3 Tage auf kleinem Raum.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Hoher Heizkomfort &#8211; Automatischer Betrieb mit automatischer Pelletz\u00fcndung entsprechend der gew\u00fcnschten Temperatur (wie bei einem Gaskessel).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Einfache Bedienung &#8211; Wahlm\u00f6glichkeit der Kesselsteuerung &#8211; einfache elektromechanische \/ \u00e4quithermisch mit Touchscreen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Fernsteuerung &#8211; M\u00f6glichkeit, den Kessel mit einem einfachen Raumthermostat zu schalten oder \u00fcber Mobiltelefon oder Computer zu steuern bei Verwendung der \u00e4quithermisch Regelung ATMOS ACD 03 und des WLAN-Gateways WG1000.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Hoher Wirkungsgrad von 91 bis 93 % je nach Typ \u2013 geringer Brennstoffverbrauch. style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Vorgeschriebene L\u00f6sung ist Schaltung des Kessels mit <strong>Laddomat 22<\/strong>, oder mit Thermoregelventil, das die Bildung von getrennten Kessel- und Heizkreis (Prim\u00e4r- und Sekund\u00e4rkreis) erm\u00f6glicht, sodass die minimale R\u00fcckwassertemperatur in den Kessel 65 \u00b0C gesichert ist. Je h\u00f6her die R\u00fcckwassertemperatur in den Kessel ist, desto weniger Teere und S\u00e4uren, die das Kesselgeh\u00e4use besch\u00e4digen kondensieren wird. <strong>Die Ausgangwassertemperatur am Kesselausgang muss sich dauernd im Bereich 80 &#8211; 90 \u00b0C befinden.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Eine weitere M\u00f6glichkeit ist die Verwendung eines 3-Wege-Mischventils und des von der Regelung (z.B. ATMOS ACD03, ACD04) gesteuerten Stellantriebs, um die Mindesttemperatur des Kesselr\u00fccklaufwassers (65 \u2013 75 \u00b0C) zu halten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Es wird empfohlen die Kessel<strong> PX10, PX15, PX20 und PX25 <\/strong>immer mit <strong>Pufferspeicher <\/strong>mit Volumen von 500 bis 1000 l <strong>einzuschalten<\/strong>.\u00a0Wird der Kessel mit dem Pufferspeicher betrieben, ist die Steuerung mit <strong>zwei <\/strong>auf dem Beh\u00e4lter angebrachten <strong>F\u00fchlern TS und TV<\/strong> zu bevorzugen. Die Brennersteuerung durch zwei F\u00fchler im Pufferspeicher ist n\u00f6tig die zwei F\u00fchler KTF 20 (TV und TS) einzusetzen.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id='gallery-2' class='gallery galleryid-29507 Die Regelung sichert die Soll-Ausgangstemperatur des Wassers am Ausgang aus dem Kessel (80 &#8211; 90 \u00b0C). Die Kessel sind mit dem <strong>Stecker f\u00fcr den Anschluss der Pumpe<\/strong> im Kesselkreis und den Funktionen f\u00fcr die Steuerung der Pumpe direkt von der Regelung des <strong>Brenners ATMOS A25<\/strong> ausgestattet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Die Kessel <strong>PXxx <\/strong>sind von Werk mit <strong>Kessef\u00fchler TK und Abgasf\u00fchler TSV <\/strong>ausgestattet. F\u00fchler TK in Kesselh\u00fclse (von Werk eingebaut), Abgasf\u00fchler TSV im Abgaskanal des Kessels (von Werk eingebaut), F\u00fchler TV und TS in Pufferspeicher. Alles in den Brennerstecker angeschlossen. Der Pelletbrenner ATMOS A25 steuert direkt den Ventilator des Kessel (R) und Pumpe im Kesselkreis (R2). Ausgang R2 geht in Serie mit dem Pumpethermostat im Kesselkreis T\u010c 70 \u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Wird der Kessel mit dem Pufferspeicher betrieben, ist die Steuerung mit zwei auf dem Beh\u00e4lter angebrachten F\u00fchlern TS und TV zu bevorzugen. Klappen Sie den Deckel des Vorratsbeh\u00e4lters im oberen Bereich des Kessels auf und f\u00fcllen Sie die erforderliche Menge nach. Sobald Pellets nachgef\u00fcllt sind, m\u00fcssen sie nicht in den F\u00f6rderer transportiert werden. sans-serif;\">Die Reinigung des Brenners und Kessels ist regelm\u00e4\u00dfig und gr\u00fcndlich in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Pelletsqualit\u00e4t und der eingestellten Leistung einmal pro 5 &#8211; 14 Tage durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Die Kessel sind nur f\u00fcr hochwertige, wei\u00dfe Pellets aus Weichholz ohne Rinde mit einem Durchmesser von 6 &#8211; 8\u00a0mm, einer L\u00e4nge von 10 &#8211; 25 mm und dem Brennwert von 16 &#8211; 19 MJ.kg<sup>-1<\/sup> bestimmt. Der Pelletsbrenner ATMOS A25 kann mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atmos.eu\/de\/das-pneumatische-reinigungssystem-fur-die-pelletsbrenner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>pneumatischen Reinigung<\/strong><\/a> der kleinen Verbrennungskammer ausstatten. Diese M\u00f6glichkeit werden vor allem die Kesselbesitzer sch\u00e4tzen, die mit Schlacke aus den minderwertigen Pellets ringen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Einfache Reinigung <\/strong>\u2013 bloss von vorne. Aus der ganzen Verbrennungskammer entleeren wir die Asche mit Hilfe des halbrunden Aschekastens (Kesselzubeh\u00f6r). Der Aschekasten stecken wir in den Kessel auf Anschlag, dr\u00fccken ihn zur hinteren Wand, nehmen Asche auf und ziehen aus. Der Aschekasten darf nie im Kessel bleiben!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bei\u00a0 Kesselreihe PXxx ist der <strong>Rohrw\u00e4rmetauscher durch R\u00fctteleinheit <\/strong>gereinigt<strong>. <\/strong>F\u00fcr die gew\u00f6hnliche Reinigung des Rohraustauschers und der Bremselemente bedienen wir uns des Griffs auf dem Reinigungsdeckel der sich abgedeckt im hinteren Kesselbereich befindet.
